ITS English (Intensive Training System - English) needs a new logo

We are an up-and-coming language education business targeting foreign-based learners seeking fluency without having to leave the comfort of their home country. Our curriculum uses the newest in computer voice recognition technology to provide the perfect learning environment for ambitious new learners.

The name of the company is Intensive Training System and this logo is for the English division. As "Intensive Training System" will be reused in the future, we wish for the word "English" to be separate enough that we can readily swap it with other languages, such as ITS - Chinese. Each of the following must be included in the logo: ITS Intensive Training System English The legibility of Intensive Training System can be sacrificed if it means greater visibility of ITS and English. The logo will be on all of our paper documents. We do not want the length to exceed 5 cm, so please don't make excessively long logos that we will have to squeeze. We will use a black-and-white version for the majority of our print works and color for everything else. People who use our service are generally affluent and ambitious, and live in large cities.
