We plan to sell subscriptions to online educational courses in modern technologies such as SQL, jQuery, Excel, C#, etc. These courses include a series of video tutorials, interactive labs, and problem sets. Some examples of companies that do something similar to this are: codeschool.com, learnvisualstudio.net, khanacademy.org, etc
Logo types to explore
I'd like the word "bytecourse" (one word) in all lowercase. Perhaps "byte" and "course" should be in two different shades to distinguish them, I'm not sure. Some examples of sites with logos that we like are: khanacademy.org, dropbox.com, stackoverflow.com and github.com. They don't have to look like these, I'm just giving examples of logos that are of the style that we like. The logo should be indicative of education and or technology. None of what I've said above is a hard rule and i'm trying to leave this relatively open so as not to stifle any designer's creativity. I look forward to seeing your designs!
