Logo is for a criminal defense law firm with two lawyers, Blair Carroll, and Meredith Troberman. It will be used for sign, letterhead, cards, etc. Want it to be something you see and immediately associate with us.

This is a two person criminal defense law firm. The lawyers are myself Blair Carroll (male), and Meredith Troberman (female). The firm will be called Carroll Troberman. It will not be Carroll & Troberman. I put an example above. I do not particularly like that logo, however, I do like the line between the last names as opposed to "&" to make it clear that it is two last names. I would like to see something similar to that, or another cool way to make it clear that it is two last names. For example, Carroll and Troberman being different colors, fonts, etc to distinguish that it is two different people. I would also like to incorporate the first intitial of our last names. "C" and "T" into the logo. I want the logo to be modern but still maintain a degree of class, professionalism, etc. Please do not incorporate the "scales of justice" into the logo I would also really like to see one design that says "Criminal Defense" under the name and another version without it if possible
