Richland Newhope Industries, Inc. (RNI, Inc.) has a long history of supporting people with developmental disabilities to live and work within their community. We are committed to supporting person-centered excellence, self-advocacy, independence, and community integration. RNI, Inc. continues to be proactive in moving employment forward in Richland County with a number of innovative employment options and collaborative efforts with the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD). We offer many programs and supports assisting people with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals.
