How Wade ATX started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Live from a truck is an Austin based website that showcases musicians live while riding in the back of a vintage firetruck. We want to convey an image of funky and cool but also classy. Our target audience can be any age group depending on what type of music, but will primarily be a younger crowd (18-35) at first based on what we anticipate our music videos to be.

Please run with the design with your own creative interpretations. We would really like to have the elegant, fun, funky, retro, classy vibe that two local Austin boutique hotels convey very well (it's what inspired our original vision). They're shown in some of the images - Hotel San Jose and Hotel Saint Cecilia. Google image those names for more pics. We don't necessarily want to mimic their designs...just set the tone & vibe.
Not sure if this impacts the logo design at all but one important aspect of LiveFromATruck.com will be the charitable element. We plan to pledge half of the proceeds to the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM) and half to the Families of Fallen Firefighters Foundation.
