The design was great! It came along with the requirements and worked to express themselves a little beyond just the functional asks.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I am branching out and getting serious about freelance photography. I manage computer networks for a living and I love photography. I am investing to see if it can become an adequate source of income. My ultimate goal is to sell my prints online.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Logo types to explore

I am very open and will provide as much feedback on the fly as I can. Please keep in mind that my logo will be white or opaque 99% of the time. It will be mostly displayed as a watermark over my professional photography. I am open to a fun, clean, design. I need something that people can start to associate with my brand (new company) I just want to start off right. I really like the font comfortaa :-)
I am envisioning a vector character that looks similar to me with spiked hair or an awesome vector camera/photography icon of some sort. it needs to stand out and be fun and catchy.
I think it will help you all that the "Photos by Joe" is somewhat important, but I
would like a logo/icon that can carry its own weight and stand out
alone if need be. There are a lot of emerging photographers and I need something
that will stand out from the over used aperture and camera symbol. I.E. a
character with camera, or something...
Think outside the box. People will view my
photos on my site and social media and "Photos by Joe" will be other
places as well. Think NIKE, APPLE, and logos that can stand alone
without text if needed.
