Moving away from the dark blue in our current logo/site. I'm ok with blue in general, but I'd like to see other options.

We are rebranding and rolling out a new set of products. I want to move away from the dark blue (I don't mind blue, I just do not like the bold blue we currently have) and I'd also like to see some solutions that aren't overly literal (a book icon and the title is pretty obvious to me. I'm looking for more original concepts). You can see our current logo and site here: goread.com
I'll be updating the blue's on the site to better reflect our new logo when it is approved, so please take a look around and invision how the new look will feel based on this logo and color update.
