This bond gives us the confidence and stability to keep including more individuals, perspectives and nodes to the network while still delivering reliable and consistent services to our clients. ‍ Really, what defines Teamway is community, and this shows in how we communicate with each other as well as stakeholders of the community, such as clients, partners, and prospective Teamwayers. This is our ethos and tone of voice - we are ready for and trust in organic growth and self-organization of the community. This, after all, is why we exist. This is the Teamway. We need to add an icon. We are happy with the text part. Keep it simple, yet organic.
