We make religious mobile applications for native Spanish speakers. They are an underserved demographic, and we like to take care of them. Our mobile applications include Bibles, study guides, inspirational quote apps, etc. We have *three* audiences: (1) Our customers, who are native Spanish speakers, (2) our content licensors, who are your average middle-class, white American and (3) everyone not interested in religion who we might want to do business with (investors, partners, etc.)
Logo types to explore
Our logo has very specific needs depending on the audience. It needs to fit every audience need without intruding on the others. Audience 1: Customers - Christian Spanish Speakers Audience 2: Content licensors - Christian English Speakers Audience 3: Everyone else If audience 1 or 2 sees the logo they should have some religious association with it. But if audience 3 sees it they should think we're just a regular software company, no religious connotation. That is precisely how we chose our name. "Salem Software" has a slightly religious connotation (Salem is a former name of Jerusalem), but if you don't know what we do, you wouldn't assume we're religious. Also, here are a few words I'd like our brand to associate with: * approachable * inspiring * down to earth
