LoanBeam calculates the Qualifying Income that is used by the mortgage industry. Qualifying Income is normally a complex calculation that is calculated by the loan officers, loan processors, and other mortgage professionals as the first step to determine the loan eligibility. LoanBeam will OCR (Optical Character Recognition) the data from the scanned source documents (such as W2s and tax returns) and will populate the data into an Excel file that calculates qualifying income.
