New logo wanted for Redrose

MODERN ESTATE AGENCY REQUIRES NEW LOGO! - Redrose is an established estate agency based in the North of England. We are due to be moving to a new office in 8 months time and as such, we are going to be having a change of brand and logo. Target Audience Our target audience is very varied. We deal with first time buyers from ages 25, all the way up to ages 60+. Requirements We are looking for a logo represent our estate agency - Redrose We have already run a contest but unfortunately, we weren't presented with many designers in the first stage, which made it extremely difficult to pick people for the second phase. In the end, we felt that there just wasn't the quality of design we were looking for. We're very much open to ideas. 1. Nothing too elegant - we do not want to come across as being fancy. We're not a luxury estate agent. 2. We want to be modern, clean and internet presentable. 3. We want no italics on the typeface and no serif fonts - e.g. - https://www.tcd.ie/CAPSL/TIC/assets/img/accessible-info/serif-sans-serif.jpg 4. The logo can incorporate some sort of rose or other "image", but it doesn't need to. The files we will require are: Print file format - .ai (CMYK) Web file format - .jpg and layered .psd (RGB) Please do not use any stock images or clip art in the logo
