West Seattle Computers
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We have a store in the center of a popular, neighborhood retail district in West Seattle. Our main business is computer repair--both laptops and desktops, Windows and Mac. This includes hardware repair like screen and motherboard replacement and also software/system work including malware removal, data recovery, software installation and configuration.
In addition to service, we sell new and refurbished computers along with accessories like keyboards, mice, monitors, external hard drives, etc. We sell modems and routers and provide in-home set up of wireless networks. We recently began selling Sonos wireless speakers and plan to sell other home technology soon such as Nest and IP cameras.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?

To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
The business name, West Seattle Computers, is long and descriptive. The logo can be abstract but I'm open to a recognizable image as well. A smart, complementary typeface for the name is important, one that is distinctive or at least fitting and still very legible.
We are not corporate--we are local and neighborhood-based, but we also are not quirky. Our logo should communicate competence, knowledgeable, trustworthy, local, friendly, approachable, and helpful. It should be modern without being cold.
Please eliminate the green cross as a design element. That symbol now has too much other meaning in Seattle.
