New non-profit foundation needs an organic, holistic logo

We would like the logo design and "The Well Life Foundation" logo text to be separate so that we can layer or place them side by side, over/under, etc. depending on the use.
As this foundation is a spin off of The Dragontree (see link) we are envisioning a trio or group of Dragontrees with stylized, interconnected roots beneath symbolizing the Foundation. We prefer similar colors as well to The Dragontree brand as well. Specifically 59315F, 8B9931 and 18454B. Font for name should be Julius Sans One or similar http://www.thedragontree.com/
