The idea behind the concept of OQT (Objective Quantification Tool). Is to prove whether and entity is following it's investment policy objective. The objective we are trying to prove is are Safety, Liquidity and Yield. Are the investments Safe? Have they identified the risks? have they done a cash flow analysis, do they know what should be optimal with liquidity? Do they know the yields. Our Objective Quantification Tool (OQT)Does this.
