La principal actividad de la explotación es la producción de tomate ecológico destinado en su mayor parte a la exportación internacional ( principalmente al mercado europeo), donde se pone a la venta en establecimientos especializados en productos ecológicos con clientela que se preocupa por las condiciones de producción, tanto sociales como naturales.
