What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a restaurant and bar located on the coast of Rhode Island and have been in business for 34 years. We have a large indoor bar that seats 30, a pub like are with high top tables, as well as a dining room. The deck offers ocean views and features an outdoor bar with TVs as well as full service dining at our 10 tables. (We are known for seafood dishes (think fish and chips, lobster rolls, clam cakes and chowder) as well as our stable Billburger and Mertburger that have been on the menu since opening. Throughout the year we have many local regulars that frequent our restaurant and over the course of the summer (our peak season) we see it all (beachgoers, tourists, local families, young/old). During the school year we also have the state university minutes away and like to take advantage of that population being so close.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?

We would like a clean, simple, feel that helps modernize our menu known for classic seafood and burgers. We have no specific color palate that we prefer but historically have used a shade of green.
While we recognize who we are and what we are known for (local, family friendly restaurant and bar) we are really looking to keep up with the changing demographics and trends by modernizing our menu(both visually and the actual items) while holding on to our staple strengths and core values which is our fresh local seafood, locally sourced menu items (supporting other local businesses is very important to us) and friendly service. Many of our servers/bartenders know our customers by name and know their orders.
