Moonlit FOX has been AWESOME to work with, she took a project I was unable to complete with another designer and quickly turned it around to exactly what we were working with. She was very patient and open minded about edits. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thanks Moonlit, GREAT JOB !
How Jason.m.parke started their menu journey

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are serving New York deli and BBQ in Singapore. Our audience is primarily 30-50 years old. We are serving quality, breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual, laid back and playful atmosphere. We are surrounded by a lot of "fine dining" restaurants and really need to carve out a niche as a place where people can come and relax and have a good time.
Our specialty will be our homemade, hand rolled bagels and the Deli/BBQ is also particularly important as we will be roasting all of our own meat in-house.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
We need a fun, fresh and somewhat playful menu design with some pops of color as our logo is primarily black and white. Teal will be the primary color splash we will be using around the restaurant and think we should bring some teal into this menu. Splashes of some other colors would be ok as well.
Our menu will be presented on a wood clipboard (portrait orientation, A4 size) and as we are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, we're thinking that it is best to be presented on multiple pages. To make the menu easy to navigate we are thinking to cascade the pages (e.g. each subsequent page is a bit longer (vertically) than the one on top of it) with the section names at the bottom of each page so diners can quickly get to the page they are looking for.
In terms of playfulness, we are open to various design elements including quotes, pictures, etc.
Included is our current draft menu to give some idea of what kind of sections we will need as well as our logo files.
