“Winterworld” is a mobile game for iOS and android where the player creates a ski resort out of a little mountain village. Users will be casual gamers, between 8 and 60, male and female. They will have an affinity to snowy mountains and skiing. The gamers start with a small ski resort and some houses as accomodation, which they have to build up in several levels with a range of different actions. To built and organize the Winterworld we use the "Alpentaler" as currency, you nees "energy" to run the ski resort and you will get "Schneekristall" for doing something and learn about it - experience! The goal is to build a ski resort from the beginning until full operation. There should be differnt lifts / Slopes and acoomodation. The game happens just during the day. How the game works - portion of different infrastructure elements: - Building and operate skilifts: 60% - Accomodation: 20% - food: 10% - everything else 10%

NEW BRIEFING... The ‘Winterworld’ game concept in detail: “Winter World” is a mobile game for iOS and android where the player creates a ski resort out of a little mountain village. Users will be casual gamers, between 8 and 60, male and female. They will have an affinity to snowy mountains and skiing. Design your own ski resort! Build lifts, accommodations and restaurants, take care of your employees, guests and slopes and keep overview of your Alp valley and the necessary energy to operate the ski resort. Your ski resort is something very special, because it offers you all posibilities for economic development and the sun is always shining! Surprises are waiting for you in the form of vouchers and snowflakes. Growth and success involve many and big lifts / slopes / accommodations and restaurants and plenty of guests – so a classic big ski resort! Distribution of the single sections in the game: • development and maintenance of the ski resort 60% • accomodation 20% • gastronomy 10% • other 10% The central elements in the game are the alpentaler (=money) and energy (=ressource flow), also vouchers(=advertisement, promotion, awards) and snowflakes (=experience points) The guests bring alpentaler to the ski resort, to the accommodations, to the gastronomy, to the schools, to the sports shops and so on... The alpentaler is the exchange value for the single infrastructure facilities in the game. The mayor / user is the owner of the entire ski resort, the accommodations and the gastronomy and he manages the entire stock of alpentalern (alpentaler can be bought with real money – In-App-Purchase) and operates bussines with it. Users receive achievement points (energy) for accomplished tasks in the ski resort / infrastructure facilities with the conclusion of each level. Each Level´s progress is depicted with a progress bar. Energy can be used to build special items/facilities or to speed up building progress (energy can be bought with real money – In-App-Purchase). The more time a user engages in a single topic the more experience points in form of snowflakes he earns. The snowflakes boost income of alpentaler at tasks –for example: lift stations operation, running a hotel, ... The user earns snowflakes with status increase (every certain levels), with special missions and he can find them in caves and near snowmen. Sometimes the user finds vouchers, the vouchers may contain alpentaler, energy or snowflakes. Partially advertisements will pop up at this point and the user will get awards for viewing them. Every day a certain amount of guests will come and at some point it will be possible to invest (advertisement / marketing!) to increase guests coming to the ski resort. Sadly at some point many guest, wont be able to use lifts, get accommodation or a place in a restaurant. Therefore lifts / accommodations / Würstlbude (Gastronomy) etc. can/must be built to increase capacity. Later in the game more lifts can be bought and upgraded and the same applies for restaurants, accommodations, sport shops,... Constant tasks in the ski resort: • Lift-employee – to the lift • Prepare slopes • Employees gastronomy – enable • Employees accommodations - enable • Employees sport shops – enable • Guarantee supply for gastronomy In general: • Format – horizontal • Dimension 2,5 up to 3 – get a idea during you read the detailed description below • Game should start with a total view of the whole playing area • If you would like to see more details or play you zoom into the game screenh • The accommodation (Guest House, 3 star Hotel, 4 star Hotel, 5 star Hotel) should look like the same style, but with different colors, different sizes and visible stars at the house. More stars means also more details on the houses • The Sk ilift at the resort. There are some different kind of ski lifts. Every ski lift has a valley station and mountain station. The buildings look always the same and have the same size – but there are not that big like the buildings / Accomodation o Magic carpet o T-bar o 2 seater chair lift o 4 seater chair lift o 8 seater chair lift o Gondola o The difference from this different lift types must be clear visible! The environment of the game: o In the forground we have space for the accommodation buildings, also some space in the lower mountain range o In the middle we see a low mountain range – they are round o At the foreground and the low mountain range we see trees and some rocks (during the game the user could cut the trees and blow up the rocks for more space to built more accommodation and / or lifts – there are many different mountains o The higher mountains are located in the background, they have peaks and the rocks are covered with snow – have a look at the mountains from our logo - there are many different mountains at the game screen o Please use the same trees like in the logo – some with, some without snow o In the background is a little lake which is covered with ice – later in the game there is the possibility og ice skating o From the beginning of the game we have different houses on the screen so that the user has the feeling that he has vacation into a small, lovely small town into the tyrolean mountains covered with snow – one church, one bigger bulding (there works the mayor and one small building) The church looks like a church with a pinnaple roof and the other two buildings had a roof covered with snow o The sky has a dark blue color – the same like in our logo – and we can see little white points – that’s the snow o It’s really important, that the lifts are not running from the left to the right in the game screen – the function of the game see them in perspective and there are running from the front to the back – at the beginning just in the low mountain range – later at the high mountains. Because that we see different lifts in the game and the user could have the same lift twice or more we recommend a angel from not more than 30 degree on the screen • During the game you always see the amount of o the game currency – the Alpentaler at the top of the screen on the right side o the amount of the energy – to run and built all the infrastructure – there is a bar in upright format on the right side of the screen o the amount of the snowflakes – the experience item at the top of the screen on the right side • If the gamer built a slope for a ski lift: The start of the slope is at the top station and the end at the base station – the slope is not straight, they had some small curves and the color on the slope indicates if it’s a blue, red or black one. The identification of the difficulty of the slope is by blue, red or black flags – the slope itself is white or grey, depends on the surrounding. We need space at every lift for more than one slope – the maximum number will be five • If the User builts a lift or a house or is doing something else he has to tap on the settings button which is located in the lower left corner. Right above this button you will find the button for all the other settings. For the extension of the game later in the product cycle its really important, that we have space for other operating elements Please show us 5 different screens. The screens are the enhancement of the screen before (except the splash screen) Screen 1: The Splash Screen – looks the same like the Winterworld Logo and shows more details (mountains, trees, houses) and the big lettering ‘Winterworld’. There must be space for some logo placement. Screen 2: Start of the Game – please have a look on the description of the environment of the game screen how to design the main screen. He stands at the base station • Alpentaler: 50 • Energy: 20 • Snowflake: 0 Screen 3: Looks the same like screen 2 but with more content • Lift: o One Magic carpet on the low mountain range (the same like in screen number one) o Two T-bars (the T-bar are also at the lower mountain) • Slope: On the magic carpet we see one blue slope. At every t-bar we see one blue and one red slope • Buildings: Buildings from the environment + One Cash Point + a guesthouse + one 3 star hotel + one 4 star hotel • People: Some People line up at the cash point, some skier are standing beside the top station of every lift, we need one visible worker at every lift – like screen one, the worker is located at the base station. At the magic carpet we see 3 people doing there sport - skiing, at the t-bar we see 5 people doing skiing at every t-bar • Alpentaler: 112 • Energy: 57 • Snowflake: 5 Screen 4: Looks the same like screen 3 but with much more content • Lift: o One Magic carpet on the low mountain range (the same like in screen number one) o Three T-bars (the T-bar is also at the lower mountain) o One Chairlift – 2 seater at the lower mountain o One Chairlift – 4 seater at the lower mountain o One Chairlift – 8 seater at the higher mountains o Two gondola at the higher mountains • Slope: please add different slopes at every lift • Buildings: Buildings from the environment + two Cash Points + three guesthouses + two 3 star hotels + four 4 star hotels + two five star hotels, two restaurants at the mountains, one après ski bar at the base station of one lift, one bakery, one restaurant, two small restaurants at the ski resort • People: Some People at every line up at the cash point, some skier are standing beside the top and base station of every lift, we need one visible worker at every lift, the worker is located at the base station. At the magic carpet we see 3 people doing there sport - skiing, at every t-bar we see 5 people doing skiing, at every other lift we see more than 5 people doing there sport • Alpentaler: 3853 • Energy: 1480 • Snowflakes: 155 Screen 5: In the background we see screen number 4 – but at the screen 5 is a overlay where we have to built a chairlift – 2 seater - Show some details: • How the chair from the chair lift looks like – 2 seater • How many Alpentaler it cost (25) • How much energy the gamer need (17) • How many workers – please give him a name – we need to built a hairrlift • How long does it take to build a 2 seater chair lift ( 15,5 minutes) • To built the chair lift in half the time you need 10 more energy
