Design a tattoo based on Alphonse Mucha's Night's Rest

Hi. I like the thought of bringing change and peace to the city. I am looking to base this concept on the images of Mucha for a tattoo on my left arm. Mucha frequently put a word at the bottom of his art. I would like the word "asticus" on the bottom of the tattoo. It is a word that means "of the city." If the design could give options for fonts that would be cool. A tall rectangular (rounded at the top - for the halo), stained glass, bold lines shadow box! I'll include the image of: 1. "Night's Rest" for the woman in the tattoo. I also like the moon in the background. The bottom of her dress isn't complete, but it would be cool if it could be. 2. A similarly designed tattoo - for the shape of the tattoo. I also like the clean feel of the design, the hill with the trees in the background, and the 2 options (color, no color). 3. An image of the "halo" design (little crosses inside circles all the way around the halo) that I would like on the top of the tattoo. The color, the way it is laid out, and anything that will complement the theme are open to creativity. Please, help!

With the tattoo I want to communicate the concept of "rest of/in the city." This is something deeply personal to me, but meant to be a broad theme open to interpretation.
