I am making a game for my wife and I. We intend to share it with friends via facebook, and would like for it to have a wider market appeal.
What's your vision?
I need some basic characters designed for a board game. They are identified by their job only: Pilot, Engineer, Business Manager and Doctor. The four characters should highlight minorities and women in business (no white males). I'd like them to be stout with slightly larger eyes so that they have a "cute" cartoonish look about them without having their cuteness be exaggerated. Each character should have three emotional stances. One stance should be heroic, one should be elated, and one should be distressed/worried/"at-wits-end". All characters should be human. The characters should exude the qualities of success as it pertains to their individual career paths; think of them as "Successful Pilot", "Successful Business Manager", etc. Examples: Fievel Mouskewitz is a good example of body proportion ( https://shechive.files.wordpress.com/2012/06/cute-cartoons-11.jpg?quality=100&strip=info&w=499) The hero from this training video is a good example of a style that appeals to me. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MPH0bAWsNw8&t=483s ) This cartoon pilot has a good look about him, size shape, general appearance: (http://previews.123rf.com/images/rudall30/rudall301303/rudall30130300045/18890882-Cute-cartoon-illustration-of-a-pilot-Stock-Illustration-caricature.jpg) This engineer also represents a style that I would find acceptable: (https://image.shutterstock.com/z/stock-vector-engineer-cartoon-character-174986204.jpg)
The game design started with Cash Flow as a basis. It has since taken on a life of its own and has become a game that is entirely its own. The characters will be implemented in a Starling project, and in initial versions of the game, I imagine that they will hold a prominent position on the bottom left quarter of the screen while the game board appears to their right and interactive game cards appear over their heads.

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their other design.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.
jaredclemence collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
Ich hatte eine grobe Idee für ein sehr komplexes und individuelles Tattoo Motiv. Was Simbe aus meinem rudimentären Briefing gemacht hat, ist absolut überragend. Ihr wollt ein Tattoo Motiv? Fragt Simbe!
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
