Roasted chestnuts are common around the world but uncommon in the US, due to a blight on trees in the early 1900s. Most Americans have not had roasted chestnuts before but do associate roasted chestnuts with the Christmas season. We're looking to make roasted chestnuts a part of the American football season, which starts in September and lasts through November, largely. The chestnut roasting season is primarily October and November. Please ask any questions you may have. We're excited to see the creative mind at work.
