Loved working with the designer - almost a perfect design from the very beginning! Creative and listened to exactly what I asked for.
This person has some very creative and professional ideas and some of his other work he did for others that I looked at is also very good

I’ve semi-developed a core values design that I’d like to make into a framed print for the office, and also smaller versions that can be classily hung in our employees work areas. I'd like to stick with the company colors on the logo as depicted in my example. I'm open to something completely different as well so don't want you to be limited. The design is attached, but I’d like to come up with something that feels alive and interesting to look at, potentially using the logo as the background/watermark, with each section of the logo behind each value. I’d also like to incorporate the definitions of each value trait, which are below, without looking busy. I want everyone who reads it to fully understand what each trait means to me. I also would like to incorporate some sort of individual identifier for each value/trait if possible. I’ve been referring to the core values in conversations as ‘core value 1/a, which is Trust/Integrity, 3/b which is Performance/Ingenuity, etc. but that seems kind of boring.
I’ve searched for and looked at core values posters and there are a lot of designs out there, but I’d like it to be masculine and strong and not whimsical or cartoonish.
