Old National Events Plaza is a convention center and theatre in Evansville, Indiana. Our end user for this project is our contract administrators, the County Commissioners. This report will be used to communicate a five year strategy designed to increase revenues, broken down to three scenarios. Data will include revenues and expenses, pie charts, graphs and organizational charts.
