Tipp City Veterinary Hospital needs a cross-promotion gift certificate

We would like to make a postcard-sized (4"x6") gift certificate to pass out to VIP's, upset clients, prospects, etc. We are setting up the certificates as a cross-promotion between ourselves and two other local businesses. The front of the card would say "Enjoy compliments of Tipp City Veterinary Hospital:" at the top. The certificate would offer a choice of a 4oz. Gelato at Fox's Pizza or a Jumbo Cupcake at Sweet by Kristy. The following info needs to be included on the front of the card along with the logos: (Sweet by Kristy) 29 E. Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371 (937) 506-0593 www.sweetbykristy.com/ (Fox's Pizza Den) 924 West Main St. Tipp City, OH 45371 (937) 669-3697 www.foxspizzatippcity.com/ I am including a generic gelato and a cupcake image. Please feel free to use different images (istock, etc.) if you would like. There needs to be room for an expiration date somewhere on the front of the card card. The back of the card needs to show a basic map (major roads only) that indicates the location of Tipp City Veterinary Hospital, Fox's Pizza Den and Sweet by Kristy. Includes room for bleeds, etc. - sweetlogo.pdf: Sweet by Kristy logo - cupcake (6) and gelato (1) images: please feel free to use other images if you would like. UPDATE - 7/4/11: Please stay away from any paw print graphics or anything else animal related. I should have mentioned this initially - we are planning on using this design with other businesses besides Tipp City Vet Hospital (ie. we will change the name at the top to "Health Park Dentistry", etc.). UPDATE - 7/4/11: Instead of making a custom line-drawn map for the back of the postcard, I have decided to just use a screenshot from Google Maps.
