Check out recklesstx's Product label contest…
Other color requirements
The Terra Sauce is dark brown; looks a lot like barbecue sauce.
Description of the product
The Terra Sauce is a cherry, chipotle sauce that looks a lot like barbecue sauce, but is designed to added to sandwiches and tacos that we serve on the menu to add a little sweetness and spice to the meal.
Description of the product target audience
We operate a small sandwich shop in Dallas, Texas near Love Field airport serving burgers, chicken sandwiches, lobster rolls, mahi sandwiches, tacos and salads. The Terra Sauce is a side that people add to and put on their sandwiches and tacos. It is available to all ages, but is primarily requested by adult men wanting to add a little kick to their meal.
We want to start bottling our Terra Sauce. We have a couple of other sauces that will be labeled as well and have a similar sauce. We will then serve our Terra Sauce to our customers in a small 5 oz bottle and will also offer these bottles for sale. I want the label be casual and fun, but loud and "in your face". Something that people would look at, know immediately what it is and be enticed to buy it. The label and fonts can be cartoonish, comic-book style or a fancy, BBQ restaurant look. The front will contain the main logo, the back will be less important with a written description of what the sauce is and what is in it.
What to avoid
I want this to be fun and festive, not old and boring. We are not marketing a law firm, but trying to create a brand for the sauce.
Small 5 oz bottle. It will be similar to a typical tabasco bottle.
