Lovely design, however the designer missed all deadlines. We requested 2 brochures and a logo in a 1 week turn around and only got 1 brochure after 8 weeks. The designer only responds to changes once a day and doesn't make all changes requested on any given day. The designer also does not know how to use the platform well enough and often did not use the preview function and we had to download files which took a long time and then comment separately.
