"Working with JETARTS was one of the best parts of bringing this book to life. From the first round of concepts, it was clear I wasn't dealing with someone who was just executing a brief — I was working with a designer who actually read the material, understood the positioning, and brought genuine creative thinking to every draft. The range of directions offered in the early rounds was exceptional, and each one felt considered rather than thrown at the wall.
What set JETARTS apart was the flexibility. I came in with strong opinions about typography, hierarchy, and category positioning, and JETARTS didn't flinch. Feedback was absorbed quickly, iterations came back sharper each time, and when I pushed on details most designers would have shrugged off, JETARTS pushed back thoughtfully where it mattered and adjusted gracefully where it didn't. That kind of collaboration is rare.
Responsiveness was consistent throughout — quick turnarounds, clear communication, and never a moment where I wondered what was happening behind the scenes.
