In this design, I decided to go with a more animated bird inspired by the style attributes requested, and list design inspired logos posted.

The bird's expression and gesture convey friendliness, cheeriness, and playfulness. I outlined some of the facial features to keep the design from looking too cartoonish. I used a ticket in place of the birds tail, which has similar structures. The three 5-point stars represent live performances, superstars, rising stars, all-stars, etc. The 4-point stars display excitement.

The text " Cheap Cheap" is placed next to the bird's mouth as if it is chirping the words. Red and blue are provided color schemes. I chose a blue color that is similar to Apple's "iMessage" text bubble for a more modern, youthful and inviting feel.
