This is my 6th design for your contest. in this design, I made some exploration layout and i add a responsive design too for the mobile app. i still using same style as my other design in your contest. and in the header, the user can easily make an appointment only clicks schedule now and it showing modal without reloading the page. if you have feedback, I'm ready to listen. thank you
