A 3' x 4' outdoor sign for a life jacket loaner station. The sign needs to be eye-catching with large font and big graphics so that it is easy to understand for non-English speakers. This is a great example: http://www.gastonfire.org/images/ev…edsign.jpg.
The sign title should say "LIFE JACKETS FLOAT... KIDS DON'T!"
The Drowning Prevention Foundation (DPF) logo is attached. This should be the most prominent logo and it should be placed near the top of the sign. Please use colors that complement our logo.
There should be a shaded box just like the one in the example that says:
"Life Jacket Loaner Station"
"Please Use and Return"
There should be 3 big graphic boxes of cartoon kids fitting their jackets (like the 3 small images in the bottom right of this example). Box 1: "Pick your size based on weight"
Box 2: "Fasten all buckles"
Box 3: "Pull straps tight for a snug fit"
There should be a 10 x 14" space left open in one of the bottom corners for a literature bin to be attached.
There should be space for supporter logos near the bottom of the sign. They can be big, but not bigger than the DPF logo and not bigger than the cartoon pictures. The Menlo Swim and Sport and TE Connectivity Foundation logos are attached. Please put a statement above these logos that says "Made possible by".
A liability disclaimer needs to be placed underneath the supporter logos along the bottom edge of the sign. It should say, "Buoyancy devices are not a guarantee against drowning and are not a substitute for adult supervision. We will not be held liable for any injuries that may occur."
