We would assume that it would make sense to represent all three elements in the logo: (i) medicine / medical technology /healthcare, (ii) artificial intelligence, (ii) Lübeck area, ... represented by the Holsten ... Maybe the latter can be left out, but maybe there are also some good new fresh ... The logo should have a modern and fresh look and rather focus on the artificial intelligence and medical technology issues than on Lübeck ... Also, the ecosystem idea - a network between quite a few partners is an important ...
