Background: Vegan Leaders in Corporate Management (VLCM) http://www.veganleaders.com, is a global network of 1,500+ vegans working in corporate (esp. Fortune 500) management and business functions. Our goal is to a) demonstrate the pro-vegan trend among business leaders, b) provide a networking and collaboration platform for corporate vegan influencers, and c) drive pro-vegan initiatives in the business workplace.
For this project, we are looking for a great trademark logo (text + accompanying visual symbol) to brand our new “Corporate Initiatives” program. The program will help advance vegan advancements within corporations, such as help companies roll out better vegan accommodations, products and promote veganism as part of sustainability, health, diversity and corporate responsibility programs. Direction on this logo: it needs to communicate Fortune 500, business, corporate, vegan, vegan growth, plant-based trends globally (health, environment, evolution towards higher knowledge, understanding), innovation, future, solving the world's most pressing problems, success, profit). As an example: "Most recently Eric Schmidt, executive chairman of Google’s parent company Alphabet, announced that the number one “game-changing” trend of the future is the consumption of plant-based proteins instead of meat." We have already began working with groups at Bank of America, General Electric, Microsoft, IBM, US Foods and others to advance plant-based/vegan awareness, education and options at these world-class organizations.
The logo should reflect the world-class nature of these organizations and it must be an anti-dote to the "hippie" vegan perception. As such, the logo should not contain the “typical” leafy green vegan “V” symbol which is already associated with too many grassroots vegan organizations.
