For a customer I need a custom design for the customer area of Jira Service Desk (cloud version). The main page is shown opening the link above. Read about Jira Service Desk here if you want: https://www.atlassian.com/software/…rvice-desk.
The new design should be in line with the current design (below webpage), and draw inspiration from that. That is: modern, simple, responsive. But it should have it's own identity.
The difference with the new design and the standard one below, is that the new design will contain the possibility that content areas can have a customized layout (sidebars or custom grid) and custom content. (Essentially a "module based" approach).
Example: https://newdesign.atlassian.net/ser…er/portals can be seen as 3 sections:
2. This is announcement..,
3. Popular and Recent
Here each section can customized. E.g. the customer want the area with Popular/Recent merged, such that it only shows some specific content and fills the entire width.
Further, for each section a custom "theme" can be applied, that will give it its specific style (bgcolor, and so on).
So essentially, I need that the designer has this "sectioned layout/custom content" in his/her mind when designing.
All pages should contain a top-header (title/logo at left, and menu at right) and footer (centered with copyright text), and that should never change for the different pages. Here, the title can be substituted with the customer logo. The designer may wish to present ideas for places where e.g. a background-image can be substibuted and customer provided instead (brandable).
For UI elements and such (if needed), please take focus in Atlassian AUI (and not Material UI, bootstrap, semamtic UI) and such. Version 6.0.9: https://docs.atlassian.com/aui/6.0.…ialog.html
