The project is a re-styling of existing elements on campaign page using CSS and Javascript

Looking for something very "Metro" themed
colors should be used sparingly;
images and buttons should be grayscale and hover into color
otherwise, white / whitesmoke as a background color.
only additional image that needs to be added in is the "seal" (attached as "new-seal")
bonus if a designer can add an open-source map for each campaign
