Homepage: This page should give the viewer the feeling of peace, vacation, relaxation and tell potential guests that we offer high quality vacation homes. We will offer them vacation homes that meets their needs and criteria. "We will put them in a Vacation Home." It is a very personalized service. Need a home with a pool/spa, we will find it! Need a home that is handicap accessible, we will find it! Need a home that accepts pets, we will find it! We want potential vacation home renters to want to explore our site more, to try our site out and to look to us in the future for their vacation home needs. It should tell vacation home owners that they want to be listed on our site. That our site will expose their properties to many potential renters. Our site is a pay for performance site so there are no upfront fees for the home owner to list their home. The tab bar will direct vacation renters to their area of the site and the homeowners to their area of the site. The home page should have photos (scrolling photos) showing different homes on our site. There should also be photos of popular destination sites in California, Hawaii and Florida.

Our target audience likes to travel to California, Hawaii and/or Florida. 60-70% of our inquiries come from females traveling with family. A mixture of budget minded and professional people without a lot of spare time to search this information out for themselves. They would prefer putting their request out there and take in responses. 70% beach nearby rentals, 10 % Lake Tahoe ski rentals, 20 % inland rentals (Orlando attractions). Unlike other vacation rental sites, there are no search tools. Guests will submit their criteria and we will match properties to their needs. Attached logo design must be used but colors are up to the designer. All fonts must be included. Request approval for any fonts that are not free. Design must be delivered in a layered Photoshop PSD file. The winning design must be well layered so that it is easy for the developers to work with. The header/footer should fill the width of screen. The width of the main content area should be based on a 960 or 1080 grid-based layout. All submissions should target the home page. Integrated into the home page content: would like to see Facebook/Twitter icons/links. The footer should include company / contact information; links to policies and terms.
