We would like to remove the drop down for the services, and possibly use a smaller version of the boxes on our services page, or something illustrated for our different services(1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, etc). We would also like to add some type of illustrations for the extras which are as follows:

-Inside Oven
-Inside Fridge
-One Load of Laundry
-Interior Windows
-Wall Washing
-Inside Cabinets

We want to redo our new booking form at http://www.instamaids.com/book-now

This page should help people easily book worry free and with confidence. There is an easy 4 step process as you can see on the page.

We want this as simply as possible, which inspiring confidence that the customer will enjoy their cleaning and our service.

Its also important to incorporate a "What happens next" box somewhere around the book now button near the bottom of the page just like on the maidsinblack example.

NOTE: We are having a small issue with the page currently and the price is not showing up. If you look at the Maids in Black example, it should show up like that (once you select a service)

We would like to keep the order or process of the form similar, but some things can be changed around, some input boxes can be brought to the ride side to shorten the height of the form etc. Simply is the goal :)

Also, please be as creative as you wish. We are open for anything!
