Innovative design needed for B2B Consulting website

The purpose of the website is to advertise and promote consulting and professional services for small- medium sized businesses, non-profits and leaders in larger organizations. The website will also contain a diagnostic application to allow potential clients to complete an assessment and receive a free report on the areas of their business they need to pay attention to

I want a home page and a template for the other pages in the site. The attached PowerPoint slide-deck should illustrate everything I want on the pages and you should get a clear idea of what I'm trying to achieve. If not, I haven't done my job so please let me know! The deck outlines the entire site and the designer will need to look at all of the pages to figure out a template that will work across the entire site. Different pages have slightly different purposes and I've just thrown what I want on the page but the design of it needs to be consistent so feel free to play around with what I've done. NOTE: Some of the slides have notes under them so be sure to look at the Notes View in PowerPoint. Some of the content & ideas are still under development so I'm happy to engage with designers needing direction/clarification.
