Site Redesign Needed

Current design is poor, and needs a new face lift. Looking for a new way for users to browse through the system. The layout, and content must stay the same, but the design needs to be completely changed. Please see compete brief for more details.

There are about four screen shots available so you can see what the site currently looks like.
The current site does not reflect, at all, what we are looking for in a redesign.

Remember, same basic layout - new design.

Accepted File Formats:
All submissions should send a high quality JPG. If you win the contest, PSD or similiar file will be expected.

As you can see the site needs a face lift. Remember, the site is completed and the layout has very little room to move (although it can move a little). Keeping the layout generally the same, please alter the look and design of the site.

The current look of the site should not have any influence on your design. The current design can be completely scratched and a new one thought of.
Please pay special attention to the BUTTONS. Please design attractive buttons, checkmarks, folders etc. for optimal selection. Attractive buttons and the rest are the small hinges that swing big doors.

Please keep the site WIDE, as opposed to LONG. Fit it for 1280x1024 resolution.
